The Drop is a curation platform where creators share selected items from external marketplaces (such as Vinted, eBay, etc.).
→ We do not sell products ourselves.
→ We only provide links and recommendations.

2. External purchases
All purchases are made on third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:
• product availability
• pricing changes
• quality of items
• delivery or disputes

→ Any transaction is between you and the external seller.

3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate information
• keep your login details secure

We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.

4. Subscriptions & payments
Some content is accessible via a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time

→ No refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

5. Content & creators
Creators are responsible for the content they share.
We do not guarantee:
• accuracy of listings
• availability of items
• profitability or value of items

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• misuse the platform
• scrape or copy content
• share paid content outside the platform

7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
→ We are not liable for:
• indirect damages
• loss of profits
• issues arising from third-party purchases

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
